Email privacy
Updated 28 September 2026
This notice covers the app launch signup form on the Simega Ventures website. It does not describe data handled inside Ordinary Pause, Measured Day or Measured Prayer.
What we collect
We save your email address, which apps you choose, and a record of when you gave permission to receive updates. If you sign up again, we combine your selected app interests so your address appears once on our list.
Why we collect it
Simega Ventures uses this information to send launch and beta availability updates about the apps you select. Signing up does not subscribe you to unrelated future products.
Where it is held
Signup records are stored in the website’s hosted database using Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. The list is accessible to the site operator through protected management tools. It is not published on the website or sold to advertisers.
Unsubscribe and deletion
Your signup confirmation includes a private unsubscribe link. Open it and confirm removal to delete your email and selected app interests from this signup database. Keep the link private. If you lose it, submitting the same address again provides a new unsubscribe link.
We retain your signup until you unsubscribe or the list is no longer needed. Future email updates will include an unsubscribe option.
Basic abuse protection
The form uses a hidden spam field and temporary hashed network identifiers to limit repeated submissions. The signup application does not store your raw IP address with your signup. Hosting providers may process technical information to operate and secure the website.
Cookies and tracking
This signup form does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Sites may use its own authentication cookies when you sign in to a private page.
